Coached by experienced professionals, the U9 & U10 team benefits from age-appropriate drills, games designed to promote learning and fun, and opportunities to participate in friendly competitions. Journey JV & Varsity is Journey Basketball’s high school program that develops competitive players through elite coaching, position-specific skills, and game-intelligence training. A structured curriculum blends individual work—shooting, footwork, ball-handling—with team concepts like defensive schemes, motion offense, and situational decision-making.
Coaches use performance analysis and progressive drills plus strength and conditioning to build consistency, resilience, leadership, and athleticism while reducing injury risk.
The program features intra-squad scrimmages, film sessions, and more—ideal for players ready to contribute at JV or advance to Varsity with confidence.

Journey Girls is our newest program designed specifically for female athletes at every stage of their basketball journey — from elementary-school players still earning their stripes to competitive high-school hoopers pushing for the next level.
Focused on skill development, confidence-building, and competitive readiness, Journey Girls offers elite coaching, age-appropriate training plans, and a supportive community that empowers girls to grow on and off the court.
Whether you’re learning fundamentals, refining advanced techniques, or preparing for school and club seasons, Journey Girls provides the structure, mentorship, and positive environment to help you reach your goals.

After a season of growth and refinement, we’re returning with expanded training schedules, upgraded coaching resources, and renewed partnerships with local clubs across Vancouver to deliver consistent, high-performance development for athletes of all ages. This Spring and Summer will be our busiest yet, featuring skill camps, weekly club sessions, and competitive opportunities designed to accelerate progress and build lasting confidence on and off the court.
