Intermediate / Elite Development Program
Journey Intermediate–Elite Development Program
(Recommended ages: 12yrs+, with a strong group of 15yrs+ players)
The Intermediate–Elite Development Program at Journey Basketball is designed for players who are ready to push their skills beyond the basics and compete at a higher level. This program combines our Intermediate Development Pathway with Elite Training principles, creating an environment where younger athletes can refine their game and older, more advanced players can continue elevating their performance.
Training sessions emphasize key areas such as advanced ball handling, shooting mechanics, defensive concepts, and overall basketball IQ, delivered through targeted drills and realistic, game-like scenarios. With older athletes in the mix, practices are intentionally more competitive and fast-paced, challenging every player to rise to the standard.
Coaches at Journey Basketball bring a wealth of experience, providing mentorship and constructive feedback to help each athlete identify their strengths and areas for improvement. Regular competitive games are integrated into the program schedule, allowing participants to apply their newfound skills in real-game situations.
This program is ideal for players committed to taking their game seriously—whether you are an intermediate player building a strong foundation or an elite-level athlete preparing for tougher competition. The blended format provides mentorship, competition, and growth opportunities that benefit every participant.
