The Intermediate Development Program at Journey Basketball is built for players who have moved past the Beginner level and are ready for the next level of skill refinement. This program focuses on strengthening fundamentals, improving game understanding, and developing the consistency needed to excel in real game situations.
Athletes in this program will learn to:
Build stronger footwork, ball-handling, and shooting mechanics
Improve decision-making and confidence in game play
Understand spacing, timing, and how to impact the game without the ball
Compete at a higher pace while still emphasizing proper technique
Coaches at Journey Basketball bring a wealth of experience, providing mentorship and constructive feedback to help each athlete identify their strengths and areas for improvement. Regular competitive games are integrated into the program schedule, allowing participants to apply their newfound skills in real-game situations.
This program is ideal for players committed to taking their game seriously.
