What you get:
14 sessions across 7 weeks — consistent, progressive training that builds results.
Choose your focus each week: Skill Development or Strength & Conditioning.
Skill Development: Ball handling, shooting mechanics, footwork, decision-making, and position-specific moves taught by experienced coaches who prioritize technique and game application.
Strength & Conditioning: Sport-specific strength, power, speed, agility, mobility, and injury-prevention work programmed to increase explosive performance on the court.
Small-group format for quality coach-to-athlete attention and individualized feedback.
Progress tracking and measurable goals so athletes and parents see improvements week to week.
Access to Journey Basketball’s training environment and coaching expertise — designed for athletes seeking real development, not just time on the court.
Who it’s for:
Youth athletes committed to consistent improvement.
Players returning to school or club season wanting a physical and skill edge.
Beginners who want structured, coached development.
Athletes transitioning between levels looking for targeted training that bridges gaps.
Why it works:
Twice-weekly frequency ensures skill retention and physical adaptation.
Choice-driven structure lets athletes tailor training to their priorities without missing critical development in either domain.
Expert coaching and intentional programming accelerate progress more reliably than unstructured pickup or solo workouts.
